Admin users have the permission to change or reset passwords for other users under their same account. To reset passwords, go to the My Account tab in The Cube, then the Account Management section. Under the “Password Management” area select “Change Passwords for Other Users”. Once there you will be prompted to select the user and create a new password for them.
