Many companies and schools use third-party verification services who charge additional fees (such as The Work Number, The National Student Clearinghouse, VerifyJob Systems, etc.) for their services. Because these fees are over and above the normal amount Info Cubic charges our clients for verifications, they are added on to an order as a third party fee. When this occurs the fee is noted on your invoice. Unfortunately, this is the only method of obtaining verifications from certain employers and schools. Once a business or academic institution enrolls with a verification service, they are no longer able to provide the initial verification directly to a Consumer Reporting Agency or potential employer.
